The Arcade Fire - Neighbourhood #3 - Power Out

This track is the sound of a million people in one one with as many instruments as possible playing randomly until some sort of tune emerges. Unlike The Polyphonic Spree however, this is actually good! No, it's better than good, it immense! Turn it on, turn it up and dance in a twee indie way, like you never have before!
