InMe - So You Know

Before hearing this song, I'd not heard much of or about InMe.
However, from 'So You Know' you can draw a few conclusions.
Firstly, that they know their business. InMe are a rocking band,
stabbing guitars, driving punch, lots of distortion and just enough shouting.
And secondly, that they're not exactly breaking new ground. InMe lie in the vein of Reuben, and to a certain extent, the painfully emo Funeral for a Friend and My Chemical Romance. It's all out rock, and whilst there's nothing wrong with that, it's not as fresh as it should be.
Thirdly, and lastly, that 'So You Know' has a truly emotive chorus that I'm sure will melt some hearts. Great hook, but nothing truly memorable. Still, as InMe evolve and grow older, I'm quite certain they'll come up with something that doesn't slide so comfortably in with all the other bands in the same genre.
